AI Marketing Hour
Where does AI actually fit in your business?
One hour, one priority, and a plan you can start on Monday. Built for booking-based business owners who are running their own marketing and want AI to carry more of the load.
Credited in full against a Done Day booked within 14 days.
Sound familiar
You’ve tried AI. It gave you something that could belong to anyone.
- You asked ChatGPT or Claude to write a post about your business and got back copy that would suit any operator in your industry.
- You know AI should be saving you hours every week. You just don’t know which hours, or where to start.
- You’re doing the marketing in the gaps, between check-ins, guest emails, staff and everything else that lands on you.
- You don’t want another course sitting unwatched in your inbox. You want to know what to do first.
AI isn’t the problem. It’s filling in the gaps you haven’t given it. With no real information about your business, it writes the safest, most average version of your industry. Competent, familiar, and not yours.
Who you’re booking
A marketer who uses AI, not a tech consultant who talks about it.
I’m Sasha. I run Local Lab Digital out of Port Douglas, working with booking-based businesses around Australia. Twenty years in marketing, and the last stretch spent working out how AI actually fits into a small business that doesn’t have a marketing team. I’ll show you what I’ve built for my own business, then we’ll work out what yours needs.
20 years in marketing
Agency work across radio, TV, branding and print, TAFE, retail, and a decade marketing a trades business.
Strategy before tools
I work out what your marketing actually needs first. The AI part comes second, because that order is the only one that works.
I run my own business this way
My business and brand information sits in files that AI reads before it writes a word. I’ll share my screen and show you mine.
Built for booking businesses
Resorts, tours, retreats, accommodation, salons and venues. Businesses that live and die by what’s in the calendar.
How the hour runs
Prepared before you arrive, so the clock isn’t spent on introductions.
When you book, you answer five short questions. Before we speak I spend half an hour on your website, your Google Business Profile and your socials. You’re not paying me to have a look around while the meter runs.
Your one priority
The single thing that would make the biggest difference to your business between now and Christmas. Not five things. One. I’ll hold you to it.
Where your time actually goes
We map the marketing jobs you do, how long each one takes and how often. Most owners have never counted it. The number is usually the shock of the hour.
Where AI fits, and where it doesn’t
Which of those jobs AI can genuinely take off you, which ones it will make worse, and what it needs to know about your business before it’s any use at all. This is where I share my screen and show you how mine is set up.
Your three moves
Three things you can act on, ranked in order. If the first one is small enough, we build it together while you’re on the call.
What happens next
You either run the plan yourself, or you book a Done Day and I build it with you. Both are fine. There’s no pitch at the end of this.
What you walk away with
Three things, in your hands, the same week.
The recording
The full session, yours to keep and rewatch. Nobody remembers everything from a one hour call, and you shouldn’t have to.
One working setup
Something built live on the call that you can use straight away, not a promise to send it later.
A one page plan
In your inbox within 24 hours. Your priority, your three moves in order, what to do first this week, and what to stop doing.
Straight up
What this isn’t
- It isn’t a build session. We’ll build one small thing together. Anything bigger gets scoped, not rushed.
- It isn’t tech support. If your booking system is broken, that’s a different phone call.
- It isn’t a course. You won’t get eight modules and a workbook. You’ll get a decision and a next step.
- It’s one business, one priority, 60 minutes. I start and finish on time, so the hour stays worth what you paid for it.
What this looks like in practice
Reef Resort Port Douglas
Reef Resort is a 30 villa property on the Far North Queensland coast, run by two families who took it over in December 2025. Modest budget, no web team, and four owner-operators already flat out running the place. Exactly the situation most booking businesses are in.
Their business information now sits in a setup AI can read, so their Instagram and Facebook captions and their Google review replies come out sounding like Reef Resort rather than a generic resort. It’s written down as a guide the whole team can follow, so it doesn’t depend on me being free that afternoon.
That’s the same thinking behind the AI Marketing Hour. Work out the priority, give AI the context it’s missing, and let it do the repetitive part properly.
“Sasha showed us where AI could actually save us time instead of being one more thing to learn. Our captions and review replies sound like us now, and they take a fraction of the time they used to.”

Questions
Before you book
Do I need to know anything about AI already?
No. Most people who book this have tried ChatGPT once or twice, found it underwhelming and left it alone. That’s a perfectly good starting point.
Which AI tool do I need to have?
None, to start. If you’re already paying for one we’ll use that. If you’re not, working out whether you need one, and which, is part of the hour.
Is the session recorded?
Yes, and the recording is yours. You’ll also get the written plan, so you’re not relying on your notes.
Can we meet in person?
If you’re in Port Douglas or Cairns, yes. Everywhere else is Zoom, which has the advantage that I can share my screen and show you exactly what I’m doing.
What if an hour isn’t enough?
Then what you want is a Done Day. Six hours where I build it with you instead of handing you a plan to run yourself. Book one within 14 days and your $250 comes off the price.
What if I book and it turns out you can’t help?
Then I’ll say so in the first ten minutes and refund you. I’d rather do that than take your money for an hour of polite conversation.
One hour. One priority. A plan you can start on Monday.
If AI keeps giving you work that doesn’t sound like your business, the missing piece usually isn’t a better prompt. It’s everything about your business that AI has never been told.
