Do I need a Marketing Check-Up before booking a Done Day?
No. If you already know the priority and can clearly define what needs doing, you can book a Done Day directly. If you are unsure what to tackle first, the Check-Up is the better starting point.
How much can be completed during a Done Day?
That depends on the work. We agree the scope and priority beforehand so expectations are clear and the six focused hours are used well. Larger projects may need more than one day.
How does the 3 Done Day pack work?
You can use the days close together for a larger project or spread them across different agreed priorities. All three days must be used within six months of booking.
Is ongoing support a fixed list of deliverables?
No. We agree the priorities and focus the available support where it is most useful. The work can shift as your business, season and opportunities change.
What is not included in the monthly support fee?
Specialist advertising, development, design, photography, technical SEO and advertising spend are additional. We will discuss and agree any extra costs before work begins.
Can we work together online?
Yes. Sessions and Done Days can be delivered online. In-person work is also available in Port Douglas where suitable.
Can you guarantee that AI will recommend my business?
No. AI results vary between platforms, users and searches. We identify the gaps within your control and strengthen the information and evidence these tools use to understand your business.
